A meeting agenda can make things more convenient for every participant of the meeting. This is because there can be a preview of things to be discussed in the meeting obtained by the participants. Moreover, there can be preparedness about the meeting by making a list of questions to be asked during the meeting. There can be a narrowed focus of all the participants shown making the meeting not deviate from the actual subject matter desired to be discussed. Taking notes from a meeting will be important to ensure that there is nothing important missed to be noted from the meeting by every participant. Otherwise, anything important for any participant can be missed for no revision later (Bovée & Thill, 2021).
